Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Shopflair, we provide a 30-day return and refund window. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

Gift cards

Downloadable software

Certain health and personal care goods

How to Initiate a Return

A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Some returns may qualify for partial refunds, including:

Books with visible signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, software, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless caused by us)

Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email. You will be informed whether the refund is approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange the same item, email us at [email protected] and send the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be processed back to the original buyer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Shipping time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
